Pete
Boundaries & Relationship Coach | Author
Pete Moore is a boundaries and relationship coach - and the author of How to Teach People How to Treat You, a practical guide to reclaiming your peace, voice, and personal power without guilt or apology.

With a background in counseling, teaching, and leadership, Pete spent years helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of human relationships. However, it wasn’t until he stepped outside traditional systems that he discovered the deeper impact he was called to make.

His work is rooted in one transformative tool: boundaries.
Pete doesn’t just teach how to say no. He teaches how to protect your value, communicate with clarity, and build self-worth that doesn’t bend under pressure. His approach is honest, direct, and free from performance, manipulation, or people-pleasing.

He doesn’t do fluff.
He doesn’t do fake.
He teaches boundaries that actually work - because he lives them.

Pete’s work has helped women like his wife Molly step out of survival mode and into relationships - and lives - that feel like freedom.

Together, Pete and Molly co-lead This Is Something Moore - a digital space dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their truth, their voice, and their peace through soul-led mentorship, content, and connection.

When he’s not coaching or writing, Pete is living a slow, intentional life with Molly and their children, always guided by the belief that healthy relationships start with self-respect.

Molly
Molly Moore is a digital creator, women’s empowerment mentor, and the heart behind Women Becoming Empowered - a movement built not for performance, but for purpose.
After walking through a toxic relationship where her voice was silenced and her worth stripped, Molly hit a breaking point. What followed wasn’t just healing - it was a complete rebuild. Through boundaries, faith, and radical self-worth, she stepped out of survival mode and into the woman she was always meant to become.
Now, she shares from that place of transformation - not perfection.

Molly doesn’t just teach digital growth. She helps women come back to themselves.

After building a successful wellness business that no longer aligned with her core values, Molly walked away - choosing peace over pressure and authenticity over algorithms. That decision sparked the foundation of her current work: helping women build from the inside out.

Today, Molly teaches The Ease Era Method - a soul-led approach to creating digital income through faceless, message-driven theme pages, purposeful content, and clarity-first strategy.

She’s the creator of Effortless Social™, a guide designed to help women launch faceless digital brands rooted in alignment - not burnout. Her system combines identity work, aesthetic clarity, content flow, and soft marketing strategy so women can build online without losing themselves in the process.

Through faceless reels, theme pages, and empowering resources, Molly helps women:
-
Reclaim their voice
-
Clarify their message
-
Build platforms that reflect who they really are
This work isn’t about going viral.
It’s about helping women remember:
You matter. Your story matters. And you don’t have to show your face to take up space.
Molly lives, creates, and builds alongside her husband Pete - co-founder of This Is Something Moore, where they share the deeper work of boundaries, purpose, and partnership.
